Early in Peter’s career way back in 1991, he appeared in a Swedish production of “Grease” as Teen Angel, the role made famous by Frankie Avalon in the movie.
A mini documentary has appeared on Youtube and you can see behind the scenes shots of Peter as well as an interview and him singing “Slut på glamouren” (aka “Beauty School Drop Out”).

Peter will be taking part in the Evert Taube celebrations being held on the weekend of 16 and 17 July 2011 in Ellös.

Peter will be performing some concerts with stablemates and occasional collaborators, Cookies N’ Beans this summer.
One date has been confirmed so far – Frelunga on 10 July 2011. Tickets can be purchased at Ticnet.
They will also appear at the Killebom festival in Sölvesborg on 7 July 2011.

It has been 13 years since Peter performed his successful dinner show at Börsen and now he’s back, this time to present some extra performances of his “En kväll med Peter Jöback” concerts from last year.
Peter will be appearing at Hamburger Börs for eight performances between 1 April and 16 April 2011.

Peter’s new single “Inte redo än” is out today as a digital release.
It appears to have only been released in EU countries on iTunes which is bad news for American, Australian and other non-European fans not to mention the many Swedish people living outside of Europe. It is a shame that Peter’s new record company has been quite shortsighted about this.
The single is also available at 7digital and Klicktrack.
“Inte redo än” is a very beautiful song and is (in my opinion) possibly one of the best things Peter has done. Lets hope it’s a big hit in the Nordic countries at least.
