Peter has joined the ensemble for a special concert, Trees & Love, in support of the aid organisation Vi-Skogen that plants trees in east Africa, as a way of alleviating poverty.
The concert will be held on 12 September 2017 at the Göta Lejon in Stockholm and all proceeds will go to support children in east Africa.
The concert will also be screened at cinemas across Sweden.

In February this year, Peter released Swedish language versions of “Phantom of the Opera” and “Music of the Night”, the former a duet with his Phantom co-star, Emmi Christensson. These are available on iTunes and Spotify-
The two songs are also available on an extended version of Peter’s “I Love Musicals – The Album”, again only available digitally.
There are currently no plans to release a full cast recording of the show, unfortunately.
Peter has been announced as a participant in the 12th season of the highly popular Swedish TV show, Stjärnorna på slottet.
Wikipedia describes the show as follows:
The show basis is that five famous people live together in a castle for five days. Each person has one day that focuses on them and their career, they eat dinners where they discuss the individual.
Peter will be filming the show for five days in August at Teleborg Castle in Växjö. It will be broadcast on SVT after Christmas 2017.
According to Peter on the SVT site, “It will be an exciting week. It feels like an interesting collection of different kinds of long careers. I am looking forward to interesting conversations and sharing memories.”

A new triple CD compilation has been released in Sweden featuring songs from Disney animated classics. “Disney Princessor: Följ dina drömmar”. The first two discs feature songs from the Swedish language versions of Disney movies.
Some of you will know that back in the 90s, Peter provided the voice of Aladdin in three movies and the subsequent TV series. The three movies featured Peter singing and soundtrack CDs have been released for the first two movies. However, the songs from the third movie, “Aladdin och Rövarnas Konung” (Aladdin and the King of Thieves) have never been previously released as far as I know.
This compilation features the two songs from that film that Peter appeared on. Peter only has a small part in the first song but the second song is a duet with Peter and Myrra Malmberg.
The album also includes “En helt ny värld” with Peter and Myrra from the first film.
The CD is available from the usual Swedish online stores and the album is also on iTunes and Spotify.

“Modus” is now available to buy on DVD and Blu-ray in Germany, the UK, Australia and now Sweden. Other European countries may have released it too.
